Shipping Policy

The shipping times indicated below are not guaranteed, but are usually pretty accurate. If you need to receive your item urgently, please purchase express post.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your payment being received in our bank account, however if we receive your order during a particularly busy period we might not be able to guarantee this.

Sydney Pickup

We regret that we cannot offer this service at this time.

• Place your order online and choose pick up as the shipping option.
• We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. This is usually within 24 hours. If you need it sooner, please call us.
• Pickup is from our office:

 Australia Post – Regular Service

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping.
• If a residential address is provided and no-one is home to collect the parcel, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and a collection slip will be left in your mailbox advising you where your parcel has been taken for pick up. This process may slow delivery.
• Signature on delivery may be required although this does not have to be the purchaser.
• Sometimes we may provide a registered post number which allows for limited tracking.
• If you place your order before 12pm on a business day and we can confirm that it has been paid for in full, it will ship the same day. If you place your order after 12pm on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship the next business day.

Australia Post – Express Post

We regret that we cannot offer this service at this time.

• You will not pay Australian GST on your order. So you’ll get 10% off the price of your order.
• Duties may be payable by you upon entry to your country. These are out of our control.
• Delivery address can be a post office box.
• Proof of delivery provided.
• You will be given a tracking number to enable you to track your order online.

International Orders (All other countries)
