Our primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. To ensure your orders are processed smoothly it is essential that you clearly understand our terms and conditions of sale as well as our ordering, alteration and cancellation procedures. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with these, and make contact if you need further information or clarification.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store and add any items that you may wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “proceed to checkout”. Here you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete the order.
We will then send you an email confirmation with your Order ID Number. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that there is a contract between us. We will indicate our acceptance of your order, and hence acknowledge a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which we enclose with your order.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Visa & Mastercard: This is our preferred method of payment and means we can despatch your order without delay. Your credit card numbers are encrypted using a 128 bit SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment gateway. For your security, we do not store your credit card details on our system. You will have to provide your credit card details each time you place a new order with us.
Direct Deposit: If you choose to make your payment by Direct Deposit the despatch of your items will be delayed until we can confirm your payment has been received. We ask that you note the Order ID number as the transaction reference. This will make it easier for us to identify when your payment has been made so we can get on with shipping your products to you as fast as possible.
Cheques: If you choose to make your payment by sending us a cheque the despatch of your items will be delayed until we can confirm your payment has been received. Cheques should be made out to ‘Eureco Pty Ltd’. We ask that you enclose a copy of your email confirmation with your Order ID number. This will make it easier for us to track your payment so we can get on with shipping your products to you as fast as possible.
Your Information
We do not store credit card information. We don’t even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet on our secure webstore.
Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else. You are our customers and we want to keep you all to ourselves. It is also unethical to give away your personal details. Here’s our full privacy policy.
Cancellation & Alteration
You may cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its despatch. To cancel your order immediately, please call us on 02) 9888 3559. Orders are typically processed very quickly, so we do recommend that you give us a call rather than email us to avoid your order being shipped prior to its cancellation or alteration.
If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry, you can still return it for a refund. We like to take care of our customers.
Despatch
The shipping times indicated below are not guaranteed, but are usually pretty accurate. If you need to receive your item urgently, please purchase overnight courier.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your payment being received in our bank account, however if we receive your order during a particularly busy period we might not be able to guarantee this.
Delivery Schedule & Postage Costs
If you place your order before 12pm on a business day and we can confirm that it has been paid for in full, it will ship the same day. If you place your order after 12pm on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
We ask that you provide a delivery address where packages can be received and signed for during business hours. The package does not have to be signed for by the purchaser.
If your order is shipped within Australia, you should receive it within 2-7 working days depending on the service you selected.
Orders going to New Zealand should take between 5-10 business days.
Orders going to other international destinations will vary but should be between to 5-10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched we will have a tracking number for the order. The tracking number is sent to you via email along with instructions on how to track the order.

Re-delivery
We ask that you provide a delivery address where packages can be received and signed for during business hours. If a package is returned to us once it has been despatched, a redelivery charge will be incurred.
Stock Availability & Back Orders
We hold good stock of our products at our Sydney office. If a product is not in stock it will say ‘back soon’ on the website and you won’t be able to order it until it is back in stock.
We do not generally accept back orders or reserves on items that are out of stock. You can add your name to our waiting list so you’ll be the first to know when it comes back in stock.
Tax
All prices on our website are inclusive of Australian GST (goods and services tax). GST will not be charged for orders despatched to countries outside Australia.
Please be aware that some countries may charge tax or duties for orders over a certain value once they are received. It is entirely up to you to check what happens in your country.
Returns & Refunds
We believe in the products we sell and we want you to be happy with them too! If they have failed you in anyway, please contact us so we can discuss the options and work out the best course of action. We may offer to exchange them or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
We check all our products prior to despatch to ensure they are free from faults. If you do receive a product that is faulty, we will replace it at no charge and fully refund the return postage.
Change of Mind Returns:
We will be sad if you change your mind, however, we do accept change of mind returns for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) where products are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in perfect, unused (and unwashed) condition with tags still attached and in good condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Should the products not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 repackaging charge for items returned without original swing tags or with removed or damaged external original packaging.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Packaging
Product packaging for shipping is kept to a minimum. We don’t buy plastic packaging, foam beads or packaged air, but will happily re-use these where possible. We reuse old boxes where possible and any boxes that we cannot reuse we recycle. We only print onto 100% recycled paper. Gift wrapped items are wrapped using 100% recycled paper. We are currently working to source a more sustainable ribbon option.
