We own exclusive distribution rights for all our collections within the Australian & New Zealand markets. We are also the sole distributer of these collections within the American Market. Luckily, we ship worldwide.

Here’s how we show you that we care:
Continuity of Supply:
We understand that our retailers want our stunning products to be in stock and available every time they order from us. We carefully manage our inventory to ensure our products are always in stock. We receive shipments from our manufacturing partners regularly so in the rare event that we have run out of an item, it is never more than 10 days away.
Distribution from Sydney:
Our office and warehouse are located in Sydney. This means that when you place an order with us, you can be sure it will arrive quickly. We operate on a 24 hour turn around so you will receive your orders within 2-3 business days. In the event that you require an item urgently for a customer, we can usually arrange for you to receive it the next day.
Priority Service:
All our wholesale customers receive priority service. Your orders are prioritised for despatch within our warehouse. Your emails and phone calls are prioritised to be returned. We know our retailers are working weekends, so we’re available for contact on weekends too.
No Minimum Orders:
We do not have minimum order quantities. You may order as much or as little stock as you require for your store. Perhaps you need a single item delivered urgently for a customer. Perhaps you have limited space within your store. Perhaps smaller, more frequent orders helps you manage your cash flow. We understand.
Recommended Retail Prices:
We understand that your overheads are unique to your business and you are free to price our collections as appropriate for your business. We do however have recommended retail prices that we encourage our retailers to stick to if they can. Eureco also retails direct to the public online, so adhering to the RRP means that we never compete with our retailers on price.
Competitive Pricing:
We review our pricing annually to ensure that our products are competitively priced. We are always negotiating to get better prices with our manufacturing partners or our shipping agents etc. When we make a saving, we pass it on. In 5 years, we’ve never raised our prices. In fact, we’ve dropped them....twice!
Exceptional Products:
Oh, and we almost forgot. Our products are the best. You know, sometimes it just doesn’t pay to be modest. Frances sources all our collections with care and attention to detail. All our collections are sustainably made, ethically manufactured, exceptional quality and gorgeous.
